Tyler Eaton is a personal injury attorney who has dedicated his career to standing up for individuals harmed by the negligence of others. His practice focuses on car accidents, premises liability, Uber and trucking collisions, and wrongful death cases. Prior to joining Strong Law, Tyler founded and managed his own personal injury law firm, where he built a reputation for providing compassionate, aggressive, and results-driven representation to clients throughout Utah. He remains deeply committed to ensuring that every client receives justice and the financial recovery they deserve.
Tyler earned his Juris Doctor from the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah, passing the Utah Bar Exam at just 23 years old—among the youngest in the state’s history. He began his studies at Chapman University before transferring to Utah, and earned his bachelor’s degree in business management with honors from Utah Valley University at age 20. During law school, he was recognized with the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Contracts II and completed Utah’s Court-Approved Basic Mediator Training. Before starting his own firm, Tyler externed at one of Nevada’s largest personal injury law firms, where he gained invaluable experience alongside top trial attorneys. Outside of work, Tyler enjoys spending time with his family, playing basketball, camping, fishing, and spending time outdoors.
