Kyle Hardy

Kyle Hardy is a personal injury attorney with a rare blend of frontline medical experience and courtroom advocacy. A certified paramedic who maintains his credentials, Kyle draws on years of hands-on emergency medicine practice to represent the injured. After responding to 911 emergencies in major metropolitan areas, and later teaching at leading university EMS programs, he developed a deep understanding of trauma, causation, and standards of care. As an EMS Instructor, Kyle refined his ability to translate complex medical and physiological concepts into clear, persuasive language for juries, judges, and clients.

A UCLA Biology graduate honored on the Dean’s List, Kyle earned his law degree with honors, receiving a merit scholarship and four CALI Awards. His experience spans multiple courtroom perspectives: representing injured plaintiffs, defending insurance companies, and serving as a judicial extern on serious felony and death penalty matters. Before joining Strong Law, Kyle served as the supervising attorney for a plaintiff’s personal injury firm office, leading dedicated support staff and overseeing case strategy and litigation from intake through resolution.

Fluent in Spanish and experienced working with diverse communities, he combines medical insight, courtroom experience, and clear communication to effectively advocate for the seriously injured.
